This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to bookings made for services offered by Surya Packers and Movers Bangalore. Please read this policy carefully before confirming a booking.
Any advance amount collected at the time of booking confirmation is towards reserving manpower, vehicles, and packing materials for your scheduled moving date.
If a booking is cancelled by the customer at least 48 hours before the scheduled moving date, the advance amount paid (if any) will be refunded after deducting any actual costs already incurred (such as material procurement). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date may be subject to additional deductions to cover resource allocation costs.
Customers may request to reschedule their move at no extra cost, subject to availability, by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the full advance amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
Any claims related to damage or loss of goods during transit must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting evidence (photographs, etc.). Claims will be assessed as per the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
